Encoding Details:

We rescaled the S00E22 movie, The Sacred Star of Milos, with ArtCNN via VapourSynth and encoded with the experimental settings below. We consider the encoding settings and subsequently this release experimental due to the addition of --enable-tf 2, --spy-rd 1, and most notably --psy-rd 0.7. For the curious, we have determined that any non-zero --psy-rd value used at these fidelity levels leads to a very poor trade-off of additional artifacts, particularly mosquito noise, for arguably minimal gain in fidelity - at least for SVT-AV1-Psy in its current form.

This project is a production with the goal of the smallest video size with moderate subjective compromises to image quality. This is not the hallmark of AV1, but close enough. This release should only contain changes to the video stream and audio tracks. The subtitle and attachment tracks are usually copied from the noted sources. Timings are not adjusted except in cases of extreme delay as a result of mixing sources. - SavI0r
