This appears to be using the subtitles sourced from the VARYG batch for episodes 5+ which are dubtitles. The original weekly Hulu/Disney+ releases use a different translation. Generally speaking when Disney+ drops the dub for a show originally released Japanese only, the subtitles get updated to dubtitles. They've done it many times now.

Actually incorrect. This release only has dubtitles for episodes 5 and 12. Which it seems that erai-raws is to blame for that as their batch release had dubtitles for those two episodes.
