Though, using SWAN was excessive considering there is currently no good video source with the appropriate bitrate without artifacts such as blocking and noise. For this reason, the quality and efficiency of the encode is not up to our typical standards. We added chapters manually as no sources have them. This is not the hallmark of AV1, but close enough. This release should only contain changes to the video stream and audio tracks. The subtitle and attachment tracks are usually copied from the noted sources.
