Greetings Again. This time we have 21 - 30.
Not a lot to say here. More of the same.
A Reminder that this is an RJ2 Dvd encode, And that we will be releasing a wide screen release based on the HD Streaming Raws as well.
Once again a huge thanks to our helpers on this project:
Original Subtitles: C1 Anime
DVD Encode: wisperer
Retiming, TLC, Editing: Darkonius
QC: Perevodildo, wowmd
Special Thanks: Collectr for supplying the fansub scripts.
And so we get to the meat of the story (and past the final non-title sign of the show in 27), only halfway through the show. Subtitle-wise, the biggest story is probably that episode 22 was missing in the C1 archive for Perrine, so I had to go through with the R3 script as a timing base (bad idea, the timing is terrible, only outdone by the gibberish of the "subs") to add in the C1 lines before I could start doing the usual TLC and Editing work. This batch also includes the two episodes with the least dialogue, so that's interesting I guess.
With all that said, please do enjoy the next batch of Perrine.
@uly No worries, I also had all the video files C1 originally released on hand while working on the show. The issue was that I didn't have the fansub script, i.e. the .ass file, so I had to transcribe from the hardsub file, which took some time and sanity, but didn't present an insurmountable hurdle, as we were evidently able to release this batch.
The origin of the problem is that whoever put together the project archive for Perrine in 2012 accidentally copied over Episode 22's ED karaoke, not the Release Candidate of the main episode script (and yes, OP, ED, fansub credits were all separate files on C1's end, most likely because the OP karaoke alone has 1700 lines, and presumably it didn't matter too much for the hardsubbing process). Simple, honest mistake, and nothing to be done about it at this point.
