Sorry don't mean to offend, but i do have to say this,
This is Bleach (2004) <-- the year of release for this show should be mentioned so people don't confuse this with the new release of Bleach.
You can also add "Filipino Dub" to the title, for example " [shincaps] Bleach (2004) - 24 (GTV PH 720x480 H264 AAC) - Filipino Dub "
475.7mb for a low quality file.. and its on ts format? that's not so good, i did test(stream) the file, and i don't watch Filipino dubs nor am i from there, so i don't get if most people would actually watch these dubbed, anyhow, I'd say find yourself a video converter and learn how to encode to mp4 or mkv, as an example, this torrent could have been around 100 to 70mb in size with the right conversion, that's a lot of internet/space saved for you and people who would watch this in Filipino dub. . . if you plan on sharing anymore i hope you do a bit of research on converting. you don't have to learn a lot, just figure out the resolution, framerate and bitrate settings and stick with that exact setting, it works for most anime.
p.s
when people really like/love something they put in the effort to understand it, that's how they learn something new while being entertained, that's why I like watching anime in Japanese. Oh and also because dubs are cringe.
