It's an Orphan double-header! Our second (and last) release of the day is the 1992 sword-and-sorcery OVA *Dragon Slayer Eiyuu Densetsu: Ouji no Tabidachi* (*Dragon Slayer Legend of Heroes: The Prince's Journey*), based on the video game from Nippon Falcom. This is the first version based on a laserdisc rip. It is longer (preview in the first episode, recap in the second episode), translation-checked, shinier, and dual audio to boot. Are both audio tracks sourced from the LD? It seems odd you didn't use the same codec for both.

@nx6 - English releases were VHS only, so the English dub is sourced from the VHS dub release, with Japanese interpolations for the parts that were not included in the dub (ep1 preview, ep2 recap).
