For the video track, we used the source with the fewest artifacts, FRA BD. As you can see in screenshot number 7 on this link https://slow.pics/c/3umJEtES, FRA BD exhibits the least compression artifacts in complex scenes. For the audio track, there is not much difference between the sources, but we used ITA BD because it has slightly better dynamic range.
