The PV and karaoke at the end of Ep 3 was off slightly, so, as I'm not too well versed on making patches, this simple GUI-based one should hopefully do the trick in fixing the subs. Once you've downloaded the file, open the xdeltaUI.exe file. Make sure the 'Apply' tab is selected, add the patch (Hyakka Ep 3.xdelta). Select \[CTO\] Hyakka Ryouran Samurai Girls - 03 (BD 1280x720 x264 AAC) \[F5B52D95\].mkv as the source file. For the output file, select your desired directory and name it to \[CTO\] Hyakka Ryouran Samurai Girls - 03v2 (BD 1280x720 x264 AAC) \[E1B71275\].mkv (though this doesn't really matter). Click patch.
