__Update__: I have replaced River King 4 (JPN) with River King 2 U.S. version, so another game in English and with rumble. It regained its rumble feature via the program Game Boy ROM Analyzer (thanks to MichaelDemers2716 on YT for pointing it out). If you have an EZ Flash Omega Definitive cart the rumble works with these games and theoretically, the DS Rumble Pak (eWin/DSTT/M3/Nintendo) may also work, but I have not tested it.
