Unfortunately the subtitle timings fell apart right at the beginning of episode 3 and made it impossible to watch. Also the commie sub track looked awful. Missing font files? Commie usually has good fonts... usually. There's also that weird issue I see in a lot of older AV1 releases where the track length is misreported to the player somehow and it looks longer than it actually is, and the player kills the video/moves to the next in queue (due to hitting the end of the bitstream) before it looks like its supposed to.
I recommend the CBT version instead. The space savings for this AV1 version aren't worth the weird issues. It might just need to be re-encoded with the most recent suite of AV1 tools. Subtitle timing issues are separate.
I no longer recommend the CBT release instead of this one. I spoke too soon. Similar major subtitle issues started cropping up in episode 7, and continued in episode 8 of the CBT release, so I dropped it too. It's a pain to run an mkvmerge track timing sync on every file that has issues.
The CBT release has issues in 7, 8, 10, and 12. Not worth it unless you have mkvtoolnix command line tools instead and can run the command I pasted in there.
