First OP is fine, just doesn't suit this anime. Really would have preferred something like Mushoku Tensei's use of openings in S1 Cour 2 where it's just pure worldbuilding with an unobtrusive background track. Would have fit the anime a whole lot better.

@Rowan please hate more :) This anime is kind of slow but somehow pretty interesting. Yes I liked better first opening.

Ah, now this is a real improvement for the OP. Much more distinct and nice song, fits the vibes of the upcoming story fairly well, nice animation and foreshadowing, it's not half bad. Time to get started with the fun stuff. Indeed, it is gonna get a lot more shounen-pilled.
