Just went over everything again. There's 5 glitched frames across the entire release, and 3 of them are in the first episode. The other 2 look like [heat-induced damage on monitors](https://i.imgur.com/1k6HebI.png). I'll probably run new encodes in the future after figuring out what caused it (likely hardware fault on my end) but I don't really see myself rushing to run them over and over again until I get the issue sorted.
