They really deleted that torrent with a HUGE number of comments :(

Gone but not forgotten

archived and not forgotten

thank you mr bob

@Arslan2348 it’s not deleted, just hidden

Inb4 I know more than you

Patch for episode 1 (~27 KiB) to avoid downloading ~6.6 GiB again

Why does a fansub release not have ED subs lmao wtf

wait for Starsugen bd batch, this will have ED lyrics 👍

TL (dialogue): Sentai, Netflix

Fansubs that don’t translate aren’t real fansubs.

fansubbing has been dead for ages and (((they))) killed it

All I can say is that I had a really fun time watching this release while QCing it for BDs, whether or not it’s real or whatever.

the jews turned lolisub and reza illiterate 😔 a sad but common occurrence in brandon’s america 😒

The human eye can’t see anything below a full OTL or glorious yellow subs

@mcbaws21
Arslan2348 was talking about the 334+ comments on the first web episode’s torrent.

QC:

Episode Timestamp Issue
01 00:51:22 Text legibility regression from web to BD v1 release (comparison), shown here. The v2 in this batch has the same problem because the only change was the addition of TS for two missed shots of a sign at 00:18:14-16. Fix: Restore the removed boldface tag (\b1)
01 01:13:59 Sign TS (comparison), mentioned here
08 00.17.33 Copy-paste error (comparison), reported to and acknowledged by you here

>mkvmerge v69 still

The only actual issue here is the last one lol

The change in 01 was necessary because of libass/vsfilter differences. The sign broke in one of those two renderers when I tested (can’t remember which).

archive.is is infinite-capchaing for me so I can’t see the acknowledgement for the thing in 08, but I apologize for not implementing a QC report. I appreciate it when people report errors. I did a dedicated pass of the public-qc channel on my discord to try and make sure not to miss any reported errors, so I hope people don’t get the impression that their reports are going to go ignored most of the time.

And this is why I don’t “re-encode” anything that I upload-the video and audio stay as they came off of the dvd or bluray- just straight remuxs is all I do.

All this fucking arguing about who reencoded what and how it’s wrong for all these and those bullshit reasons-is it really worth all the endless bantering? Straight remuxs are the only way to go, as for web downloads, just leave them alone-warts and all.
