As usual (don't feel bad about it) I have this-why the fuck has a bluray of this never been released? It'd be beautiful considering how nice the dvd looks. Do you have the slipcover for this? It's a really nice metallic inlayed one.

No, I don't have the slipcover. I think I saw it at the flea market and I just didn't have the money at the time to buy it. There is a separate version released by Geneon that has Japanese DTS audio and I think that one came with the slipcover. I don't think Pioneer did. If it did then I'm mistaken.
