Is it the same as Gundam Festival? I ask because RAW full version of said feature is nearly 90min long, your two parts together have only 27min. Will the final episode be longer or is it a totally different movie?

this is all part of sd matsuri (festival) - the final part is like 55 minutes long, so it should figure out correctly.
