(From [Wikipedia](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Metal_Skin_Panic_MADOX-01)): Metal Skin Panic MADOX-01 (メタルスキンパニック MADOX-01) is a 1987 original video animation produced by AIC, Soeishinsha and Pony Canyon and directed and conceptualized by Shinji Aramaki. It has been licensed in the United States by AnimEigo. The plot centers on a mechanic who comes across the MADOX-01, a heavy powered armor suit designed to fight enemy tanks. After getting trapped in the suit before reading the user's manual, the military attempts to reclaim it, leaving him with no choice but to defend himself.  This is a remux of the US Blu-ray by AnimEigo. This Blu-Ray contains a newly restored HD version of the OVA, along with AnimEigo's typical multicolored subtitles, along with with many special features.  Given this is a remux, no extra encoding was performed to preserve the disc's quality. The video is the original H.264 encoded present on the original disc, and is a 4:3 1080p picture pillarboxed to 16:9. The special features seem to be the same from the DVD and are in that classic MPEG2 format. The English dub, three commentaries, and a variety of subtitles formats are included straight from the disc. **EDIT**: So the disc actually contains two versions of the film, one "restored" and one "unrestored".
