Does this "artist" have cerebral palsy or something. Horrible artwork.

I have talked about this earlier, and It's almost an unwritten law that comedy and motorsports manga tend to have "bad art", mostly because their angle is different; it's not that important how the characters look like, but the way author handles the topic on hand. As far as I am concerned, there is no such thing as "bad art", every author have their own style, and I must say Shigeno has polished his own during the years, I wouldn't say it's pretty but it's very "shigeno-like" indeed. I never read manga for the art anyways, if I did I wouldn't like such mangaka as Kuroda Iou, Umezu Kazuo, Kusunoki Michiharu and yes, Shigeno Shuuichi. Additionally for me, even the "worst" art is amazing, because I utterly suck at drawing, I can't draw absolutely anything.
