Information:

Video was, as VCB already mentioned, fairly clean.
Just fixed the edges, rescaled it and degrained enough to make it mini-ish.
The same process was used for the series, the movie and specials, as they seem to be the same master.

The subtitles have been timed to fix the one frame offset.
Some signs have been retracked and the styling generalized throughout all files.

Chapters are from the BDMV.
Stereo jpn audio encoded with 256kbit/s, 5.1 with 512kbit/s.
