Hi, can you make 720p version of Delicious Party Precure Movie without CHS hardsub?

@Gok not want to sound rude and I don’t know if you are able to, but just download the 1080p HEVC version and re-encode it to 720p (h264?) with any free program like handbrake or similar if you need a 720p release.
