Possibly a dumb question but I like to have things labeled correctly in Sonarr; for your unmarked releases like this, would they be considered WEB-DL or WEBRip?

Not... really? It happens at least once a year with most long-runners. Something else is occupying the timeslot for the next two Fridays. This is certainly less alarming than PM19 having FOUR recap episodes in the span of three months.
