same bad subs as ember release with minor edits. feels like they were both made using google translate. unsure if we will see actual fan subs for this so it may be the best we can get. half the movie is over text messages and none of them are translated.

Are there no versions of this movie that actually have half decent subs, and actually translate the text messages, so it’s actually watchable? This is depressing, I was looking forward to watching this…

I ended up grabbing these retail subs from subscene: https://subscene.com/subtitles/the-tunnel-to-summer-the-exit-of-goodbyes-natsu-e-no-tunnel-sayonara-no-deguchi/english/3110665 Didn't notice any glaring problems, they seem fine to me, and all the text messages are translated.
