They may be meme subs, but they're still better than CR, which probably were missing whole lines of dialogue in some episodes [something CR is infamous for].
i understand wanting to "fix" bad subs, but why oh why does everybody translate "kuso" as "damn", when it is (quiteliterally) "shit" ?!?
furthermore, if you are going to go out of your way to have an honorifics sub, why would you not MATCH the actual honorifics used ??? i put up with it for a while, but in episode 8, TWICE IN A ROW the honorifics did NOT match what was said in Japanese...
"Fran-chan" was subbed as "Fran-san", and then when she says "Amanda" WITHOUT any honorifics, because she is quite familiar with her, the subber inexplicably morphs it into "Amanda-san"1 having an honorifics track should NOT mean that you CHANGE the honorifics used, or add them when they do not exist. whoever subbed this CLEARLY does not understand what honorifics ARE, and what they are used for.
it's pretty vexxing when i don't even speak Japanese fluently, and can spot these things...
@Kamiyan93: not sure what makes you think this is a "Sentai" show, as it is nothing like Power Rangers. or did you mean "Sentai Filmworks"? those are 2 different animals...
@peanutbutt69: not sure why the type of show matters when subbing. wrong subs are wrong subs. i don't care if it's Arifureta or Hello Kitty...if you don't like the show, go somewhere else. don't go out of your way to ruin others' happiness.
I'm actually going through the trouble of "fixing" the subs provided from Isekai to make the honorifics match the subs to what is spoken in the audio. I'm also going to fix some other stuff because apparently QC was a forethought in the whole process on who originally did the subtitles in the first place. Basically, I'm doing their job for them.
If there's any interest, I *may* consider uploading a zip of any subs that I changed according to my notes I took, along with other small fixes. (this may include moving the announcer's box out of the way of other bits of signs, or fixing inconsistencies with them, text scaling inconsistencies between subs, etc...)
Another minor change I'm doing when I looked on a couple sites for official names, I'm thinking of going ahead with changing *Furion* to *Frion* according to Japanese listings I'm seeing. Same with a mention of *Taluua* I saw, I plan to use *Tarua* instead.
I don't normally do this and this was a show I had planned to drop originally, but Fran kept me watching it, and now I want to at least do this show some justice. So yeah, if there is any particular interest, I may consider uploading it somewhere. If not, I'll probably just keep them to myself.

Just now noticed because I don't check Nyaa that often as of late.
But yes, I've fixed the transparent boxes, I've fixed the layering problems, a few grammar touches, fixed honorifics to the best of my abilities. (there were a couple I had to get a second ear for)
I'm going to point out right now that not all episodes will be included. Why? Because I didn't find any glaring problems in a couple episodes like the issues mentioned. All I changed were episodes that did have problems that I found, so that's 1, 2, 4, 6-12 - also went ahead and included fonts that were used for each episode, at least according to how it was demux'd.

I want to point out real fast that the basis I used was from Anime-Time's upload, which did use Isekai as their base subs apparently.
In case anyone else see this or cares about it, regarding TwinShadow subs - Track04=Honorifics ,Track05=without and Track06= signs for dub, at least the couple i checked.
