| Sources | | | :--- | ---: | | Video | Crunchyroll Selfrip | | Audio Track 1 | Japanese 2.0 Opus [[JPBD](/user/kirari1185?q=slow+loop)] | | Subtitle Track 1 | English (Localized) [[9volt](/user/9volt?q=slow+loop+1080p)] | | Subtitle Track 2 | English (Unlocalized) [[9volt](/user/9volt?q=slow+loop+1080p)] | | Subtitle Track 3 | English (Crunchyroll) | | Chapters | [[9volt](/user/9volt?q=slow+loop+1080p)] | | QC | Nyaa | I've seen that 9v has a decent bunch of QC issues, however I'm neither paid enough for this shit nor a TS so uh. Wait for their batch and hope they don't use the BDs. The BDs are painfully obviously just [lowpassed garbage](https://slow.pics/c/FOKUKXci) and Funi tends to [die in high motion scenes](https://slow.pics/c/1oeS0wEG) because of vbv fuckery. Speaking of 9v; EP01 used BGlobal 1080p and while I don't know if a 4k version exists, this one seems worse than Funi in [static scenes](https://slow.pics/c/MmNV0PBk) but way less offensive than [Funi in high motion fuckups](https://slow.pics/c/1oeS0wEG). Still overall worse than CR. The Spirale encodes used in EP02 and onwards still have decent amounts of [detail loss](https://slow.pics/c/LhTuMpUd) though this might be due to a worse source used. They're also a decent showcase of what happens when someone doesn't give a fuck and uses rescaling as a magic sharpening tool - [Added Haloing](https://slow.pics/c/BGcGDxum) and other weird shit on smaller "textures" (See the eyes) **TL;DR** CR is still overall beating all of the options in my opinion. The JPBD shouldn't even have been considered. [MediaInfo](https://bin.theindex.moe/?77abee8e4554e66f#EKS7mM1FGzK9t9vSjPvs48MRV6rxU5Y6QS4wpgUFtaPa) | [Comp E01](https://slow.pics/c/29EfJOXz) | [Comp E02](https://slow.pics/c/PtPoHS2p) | [Previous Comp without CR](https://slow.pics/c/nJXZg6sY) --------------------- ![jeet](https://i.imgur.com/2b3A5SI.png) [Seadex (releases.moe)](https://archive.ph/znKrJ#selection-26003.0-26006.0) and [Sneedex.moe](https://archive.ph/yUqyN) (woah no JPBD listed here) as of writing this. Maybe don't have idiots with edit perms... While CR didn't have this show when the entry was changed I'd still have preferred to watch 9v instead of the shitty BD. That lowpass is causing [stupidly obvious](https://slow.pics/c/b8pXO9pi) detail loss in [basically](https://slow.pics/c/E7NmERWQ) every [other](https://slow.pics/c/RaDCLnOV) frame in the old comp. How do you even miss that?

>whinning about web source while BD is already available
SeaDex more like JeetDex. Half the release listed are with encodes from 2014 even worse than Moozzi
Encoding isn't an important part of the fansubbing process anyway.
> The BDs are painfully obviously just lowpassed garbage Surely that isn't all down to the lowpass filter, but also in large part due to overly aggressive debanding? Either way, it's shit.
> Maybe don’t have idiots with edit perms… true true [![](https://i.imgur.com/xgG2rQO.png)](https://i.imgur.com/xgG2rQO.png) [![](https://i.imgur.com/kk5Gqsh.png)](https://i.imgur.com/kk5Gqsh.png) (and many more but I can't be bothered to do the job of so-called "best release sheets" when both sheets have some shit releases listed, sneedex more so than seadex, possibly because they keep fighting between each other instead of actually updating the sheets)
the Perfect Blue change is kinda whatever tbh. Both of these are very similar and not a major difference in Quality https://slow.pics/c/D1ag4gGz I would change the Maiden one if I got to see a comp that actually includes more than just the two BDs lmao For now that's a headcomp but on both sides because the "WSE best" entry is just what it was before that remux
the moral of the story is do not trust either of these sheets. Make a comp yourself since it's quite obvious both sides are making dumb decisions and fighting each other over god knows what instead of actually doing what they claim to do, i.e, listing best releases.
I'd say that's a bit disingenuous, but ideally there's something listed and comparisons available to come to your own conclusion if you don't want to "blindly" believe whatever someone says
I'm positive that at this point most of the entries do have a comp listed but might just be outdated to some extend. Little sidenote that I and a few others maintain sneedex
> Surely that isn’t all down to the lowpass filter, but also in large part due to overly aggressive debanding? Either way, it’s shit. Def not lowpass, clearly debanded. Pretty bad either way though.
lineart looks like shit, i'll stick with 9volt
zewia's soul eater needs to be in alt, that shit's unmuxed and incomplete and yet somehow still in "best"
> zewia’s soul eater needs to be in alt, that shit’s unmuxed and incomplete and yet somehow still in “best” Agreed
