The proper naming is Season 3. not 4. the mugen repeat did not count as a seperate season. both mugen repeat and entertainment district is 1 season. you can look it up anywhere. ufotable themselves call the swordsmith village arc season 3.

You're flat out lying. Ufotable doesn't use "season" naming anywhere on any of their advertisements, previews, or website.
Every database site however despite this lists Mugen Train as S2, Entertainment District as S3, and Swordsmith as S4.
Anyone using these database sites for Plex or sorting will of course utilize this naming scheme. Hell even AnimeTosho is auto-sorting this properly and mis-categorizing the releases incorrectly labeling it S3, because they too utilize the databases that label Swordsmith Village as S4.
There is absolutely zero official marketing that suggests Mugen and Entertainment are a single season. Mugen Train was green-lit and animated an entire year prior when you look at the dates... and when does that ever equate to being the exact same season? It just doesn't. You can rename it how you desire after you download it, but for anyone who isn't an idiot, they'd be releasing this season as S4.
