KtK left out the title page, two blank pages and an ad \- Bigger size. I don't know anymore why I decided on 1920x back then; now we're at 3072x. \- Slightly nicer-looking cover \- Less aggressive leveling of black tones, allowing you to see more details in the first story \- Second title page now includes the publisher's logo \- And last but not least: correct publishing date. Don't ask me where that 2006 came from
