Because I'd personally never watch it anyways? If you want it, the BDMV is right here on Nyaa.

Just because you would not watch it does not mean you wouldn't include it as an optional folder. I mean I don't understand many languages, does not mean I will exclude it just because I don't understand them if the source has it. Kinda makes the release incomplete.

Thanks, but you probably should have just kept the dub in. If someone wanted to do a good dual audio release using this upload they'd have to hunt down a lossless source for the english dub now.

When I do a bd remux that's dubbed in english I leave out the japanese audio because I have no need for it.
