don’t worry man. you need self-taught cultural knowledge and to understand each japanese word and phrase to understand normal anime, let alone icelandic shit being thrown in. This is the problem with garbage like Crunchyroll and their retarded executives and normies in general. Fansubgroups always put translator notes in places where there were cultural references be it Japanese or something else were said in the show, and it was fun to pause and read about these tidbits. Anime just isn’t the same as it was 20 years ago, and fuck crunchyroll.
