This is by far the lowest-quality encode this series has had to date... But, I mean, that's what happens when something is encoded targeting bit rate/file size instead of quality and an episode needs more bit rate than usual. Every episode needs a far higher bit rate than it's getting (these are bit-starved even by *anime* standards, and live action requires far more than anime does by nature), but this is just the most extreme example.
