Old dubs on BD reissues are almost always taken from DVD so not lossless regardless of the format (you can check with auCDtect). Best to use AC3 from DVD if syncing isn't too much work, otherwise convert to FLAC.

When i use Remove Dub for windows it creates a patched folder but its empty.

No error messages, a quick window with a black background and white writing opens then shuts quickly and the new patched folder appears right under the original, i gave it sometime but still empty.

I have, i redid the steps to installing ffmpeg again and it finally worked, not sure what was the issue, sorry i wasted your time. Also thank you for giving us the option to remove unwanted audio, more uploaders need to do that.
