Not something I was expected to see

This is a v2 with better encode by sam. CR video, Amazon audio. Later episodes will be using same encode too and release time should not be affected at all. Subs remain unchanged.

And the chaddest of all demon lords is back!

As usual, base is SubsPlease release, with retiming, restyling and typesetting. There is no OP and ED in this episode, I will try to include them whenever translation is available.
Also, I have changed some of the names, which CR got wrong. But also, this time, studio included translated names as typesetting, so while some of them are technically wrong, I went with whatever they used.

Leno-> Reno
Delzogade->Delsgade
Zethia->Zeshia
Venuzdnor->Venuzdonoa
Kyhilam Jiste->Kaihilam Jiste
Gilysiris Dello->Gilisiris Dello
