"Does this include the R-18 patch?" - No, it doesn't. R-18 patch will go to with the official version of the game on Steam (https://store.steampowered.com/app/2162950). This patch will be available for download on the official site at this link - https://rosetta.red/hoshitootome/steam_dl_entrance.html. Steam version of the game and the patch will be available January 25.
