any body else think that the dubbed version of this just feels wrong. to me the voice of the sword sounds really awful and the way it talks is kind of confusing also Fran's voice does not match her character, it should sound younger not older. imho the original japanese dub is way better compared to the dub. @LostYears Thanks very much for the dual dub.

I was disappointed in the choices for voice actors as well especially Fran's.

That easily has always been the most annoying aspect of the anime community in my opinion. "Watch it my way or gtfo" (aka dubs suck... Japanese audio or nothing) instead of just being happy that dubs give anime more reach and accessibility allowing more people to enjoy something you like.

Seems like two entirely different things. It's one thing to critique a bad dub and another thing to take a shit in the comments section anytime the word dub comes up.

If people who watch dubs regularly are shitting on the dub, then why can't everyone else shit on dubs too? Seems like the feeling is mutual across the board, dubs for the most part are not performing up to par and they could be better but they just aren't even after decades of experience producing them. There are a few outliers but majority of the time they are mediocre in comparison to the original voice actors.

@Lostyears they're probably just a bunch of purists don't listen to them. I'm 29 been watching dubs since 2003 keep up the good work.

@DarkAnime I prefer dubs any day but i was only saying the dubbed version of this wasn't right as in not as good as the other dubbed anime shows. Ive been watching dubbed anime since I first seen Akira on Tv and that was when I was 11 years old so i've been watching anime while you where in your diapers.. lol. im not purist and yes Im watching this show dubbed. I did thank LostYears and i am grateful for his/her work.
