Are there really directors cut scenes that weren't in ATX release?

@hazardous I just downloaded and i can already see on first ep at the start its diffrent.

From what I can see the bd ep.1 is 6 seconds longer than the "uncensored" ATX-24:46 vs. 24:40 so unless somebody is willing to redo the subs I guess we're just gonna be fucked unless you speak japanese.
