Audio is bad episode 892 at around 15:30 crackles?

Been trying to find the bitrate of the audio and I think it is 160 when I re-encoded a file using AAC FDK it showed the resulting bitrate was 155 so I guess these files were encoded to 160. 160 is to low for one piece to many high pitched sound effects.
