Orphan's dual-audio upgrade spree continues with the dual audio release of *Warau Hyouteki* (*Laughing Target*). As before, the dub was provided by niki. This is wut I'm talking aboot~! This is another one of those _80_'s `OVAs` that is actually kinda gud. I mean it's not the best, but I do like the powers shown mere. So thank you.
