The source isn't amazing and obviously not true 4K but it looks fine with debanding enabled in mpv. I haven't looked at Shadow Garden's encode but I doubt it'll have more details than the source.

I guess I probably should have expected this looking at the unusually small file size for a 4K video, but the details on the video are especially bad and almost blurry, like distractingly bad -- especially in the city scenes at 05:02. Have you thought about using the source that Shadow Garden is using for their release? It looks significantly better.

I believe this is the best source, I'm pretty sure shadow garden is just encoding it whereas MoarPower is untouched. edit: also, I hate women.

Fair enough, something must have happened with the studio for that particular scene, looks odd in all three sources. Rest of the episode looks better. Wonder if Shadow Garden or the BD can salvage it. Thank you for sharing your work for this show and doing the specials also!

Just to be clear, I'm not the uploader, I'm just someone who loves to comment on stuff on Nyaa. But I know for a fact that all sources are shit for this show, bilibili is just the least bad of them all.
