There are other encodes with grain in them, you can watch those if you desire. That's why I posted the comparison. No comment on Gurren Lagann.

No freaking way, what a time to be alive. Do you intend on doing any editing for these, or just basic script QC? I seem to remember Underwater's wording being a tad stiff at least early on; the very first time I watched it I actually preferred Watashi's script for this reason.

Watashi's script is more fun/YOLO than Underwater, but using it would add a *lot* more work to this release for various reasons. I'm happy with Underwater's script.

Update: OP1a has different tracking/masking, and I don't want to redo it (fixing Underwater's work was bad enough), so I'm gonna leave it out.

I know you're not being serious, but I wasn't happy with FFF's encodes. The very first shot in the show has some serious detail nuking for the [chalk thing on the left](https://slow.pics/c/e91QlkQs). Actually, I wasn't happy with FFF's *anything*. I have no idea what the point of their release was.

i actually like the grainless look, but that's probably impossible to achieve without detail loss your encode seems like a good middle ground

FFF spliced in the wrong NCOP on a bunch of episodes lol, it sucks ass. Thanks for starting this motbob, I was considering redoing my own release but I'm not good enough at encoding.
