Mabby is correct that episode 2 has the Japanese audio tagged incorrectly as English (easy to fix). As for episode 9 not having full subs, this is untrue. https://i.imgur.com/E5UoAuo.png

subs for ep9 have "Track Enabled" flag set to 'No' which is what's causing issues for others
