Do most shows not even get uploaded on private trackers anymore?

i mean you can see what gets uploaded based on what groups like reinforce encode since they encode almost everything that is. it also depends a bit on the taste in anime the uploaders have since there’s a few that upload a lot of stuff and their tastes are not like mine for the most part. look at stuff like free s3 (took years to be uploaded despite selling thousands of copies) and haikyuu s4 (same and actually only 2/8 volumes uploaded so far).
