## Clannad After Story Release Group: unwanteddubfan File Size: ~1.6 GB @ 1080p (1920x1080) Video Info: 1080p .mkv, h264 8-bit [JySzE] Audio Track 1 (Default): Japanese 2.0 FLAC (16 bits) Audio Track 2: English 2.0 [AC3 -> FLAC] (Ergiman) (16 bits) Subtitle Track 1 (Default): Full Subtitles (Doki/joseole99i/JySzE/Akai/UDF) Subtitle Track 2: (Forced): Signs & Songs (Doki/joseole99i/JySzE/UDF) ### Changes I wrote a script to apply Akai's dialogue to Doki's subtitles so I wouldn't have to retime anything lol. This means that basically everything is from Doki except the dialogue translations. This does not include the OP/ED translations (these are still Doki); only the default and alternative tracks. Timing, TS, styling, etc... are all Doki/joseole99i/JySzE. As [mentioned by JySzE](https://nyaa.si/view/1414214#com-18) the show has fake 5.1 audio sourced from 2.0 so I replaced the Japanese audio with 2.0 audio I found [here on rutracker.org](https://rutracker-org.translate.goog/forum/viewtopic.php?t=4993484&_x_tr_sl=auto&_x_tr_tl=en&_x_tr_hl=en-US&_x_tr_pto=wapp). s00e03 was encoded without the next episode preview, but the English audio and chapters were not changed accordingly. So, I removed the last two chapters and cut the audio short to match the video. s00e04 had a missing chapter which I added. s00e05 had two sets of chapters so I removed one and retimed one misaligned chapter. Made a few small ts improvements. episode numbering according to TMDb. MediaInfo: https://pastebin.com/VWg6TePU ### Audio For [those complaining](https://nyaa.si/view/1414214#com-32) that the audio was converted from lossy AC3 to lossless FLAC, when you need to make cuts to sync audio at points that do not have keyframes nearby, there is no other option than re-encoding. In this case, re-encoding to a lossless format like FLAC will prevent further loss of quality instead of re-encoding it to AC3. > nyaa will qc

Just a heads up converting whatever audio you need to cut to wav/pcm allows easy cutting while still keeping it lossless
Thanks, this is exactly what I was planning to do. You could've kept the titles shorter using just the two groups Akai/Doki though.
Also, why not retain Akai styling and restyle to Doki?
Thanks, I like how you retained all the sub tags so people know its been adjusted by multiple people. Will seed. ![peepoclap](https://cdn.discordapp.com/emojis/622096721408950295.gif?size=64)
Typically it's a bad sign if the subs have went through that many hands.
Certainly gave me a massive headache with my [angel beats](https://nyaa.si/view/1454606#:~:text=at%20any%20size.-,track%20information,-Video%3A%20Japan%20BD) release
