1:1 rips done using ImgBurn with japanese audio and chinese hardsubs. No scans for now as I don't currently have access to a fully working scanner. This really just goes to show how terrible these VCDs look, but yet they have some interesting quirks no other video source seems to have. Note: To work with these you will need to either have a player that supports loading video cds through BIN/CUE or something to mount it or extract the .DAT files.  Screenshots:
