Vid & Chi Aud: Zagzad Eng Aud: Funi TS: Playernine009 TL: CR TM, ED, QC: Dae Moral Support: You know who you are. Thanks for keeping me sane OP & ED Styling: [furosty](https://nyaa.si/?f=0&c=0_0&q=furosty+link+click) This is a step up from what I've done in the past. A whole 'nother level. This has been in the works for a couple of weeks now, and the immediate problem were the subs. Also, indecisive moments like whether we should keep the Jap dub, do I put in [poop]'s edits, wtf should the final product look like, etc. Most of the indecision came from me since it's my first time doing a weekly release and all. But when the Eng dub was announced just a few days ago, we were ecstatic. This is the result. BD had the Jap versions of the OP & ED on both Jap and Chi audio so, for the latter, I had to do some splicing to replace them with the original. Chi audio is in 2.0 16-bit FLAC, whereas Eng audio is as is, 2.0 AAC. Jap audio doesn't exist. Doesn't exist. Doesn't exist. If you wanna see comps, you can check [here](https://slow.pics/c/LbipMPE2). That's it. If you're curious about Kakushigoto, good for you. [MediaInfo](https://rentry.co/yph9k).

Thanks !!! Also, it seems the way the episode leads into the outro is different in the BD. The audio in the Eng version is the same as on the web, but the Chi version leads into the outro completely differently.
@Krappy_Monster It's unavoidable if you want to use the lossless disc audio. The Japanese BD release uses Japanese versions of the songs for the OP/ED in both audio tracks, including the lead ins. The original Chinese version of the OP, as well as a somewhat creditless version of the ED are preserved as extras on disc, hence why the audio could be spliced in for the actual ED sequence. Assumedly it's presented as 16bit FLAC here as the ED is actually 24fps rather than 23.976, so some conversion needed to be done. Funimation dubbed it using the original Chinese materials evidently, hence why it has the original music, so assumedly a future BD release from them would include the original audio for the Chinese track too that could be used if it bothers you that much. On a separate note, those comparison shots suggest that the web sources for the show were encoded in the wrong color space, so we've been watching it wrong up until now.
@Weebly9 Yea that makes sense, I was able to get that confirmed later from OP a few days after I posted the comment. Yea it does bother me but I also know nothing really can be done, so all good.
