Official subtitles via GundamInfo. Definitely an improvement over the old script—insert songs are included too. Presumably the same subs used on the Anime Limited and Right Stuf BDs. Basic typesetting and a single typo corrected, etc. Timing should match any BD release of the film (tested with EG and Kulot).
