I've been asking the exact same question-where the fuck are they ripping the stream from? I'd expect files this size 10 years ago but now? It's just so goddamn sad.

It's not like a special compression is used for this 1 anime series,. AFAIK, its all automated each season, no?

Maybe the anime broadcaster is choosing a broadcast compression stream that results in less noise in the video. Thus it further compresses to a smaller file.

For some reason, the subtitles aren't working for me on my Roku Ultra. I see them on my PC, but they don't show up on the Roku (The captions menu seems to think they don't exist.) But it's not just this version. I also tried the 720p version, as well as the ones by ASW, YuiSubs, and Raze; all of them have the same issue. The only one that works is NC-Raws version. Anyone know what's up?
