They will. For one thing it's already confirmed that we're getting Film Red tie-ins (which, as usual, will not actually connect to the main story of the show in any way), and honestly, more recap episodes just seem like an inevitability at this point. Why? Because the Onigashima raid has so many highlights that demand high quality animation, that the show NEEDS to take some weeks off to prevent the production from collapsing. They only have so many animators to go around, and said animators need TIME to do their job properly. The recaps might be annoying, but at least they are 100% skippable and in the long run they do the show more good than harm.
