Idk if there is some super strict definition of "remux" that I am unaware of, but a google search shows that the bluray has lossless audio (LPCM), and a spectrum analysis of these files show frequencies up to 24khz which means it is also indeed lossless (in this case FLAC). LPCM takes more space than FLAC, but both are completely lossless, meaning you can convert back and forth and not lose a single bit in quality, which is called being bit perfect. To ME at least, a remux means that the file has identical quality to a bluray source, which is what this is. I do not see any reason why not to use the FLAC container to store an LPCM source when its the exact same quality down to the bit for half the storage space.
