Reuploaded the Cleo encode with some improvements made to each season or part

Added OPUS audio from Hakata Ramen upload for season 1 part 1, made jap audio the standard and removed eng audio, used a variation of MTBB subs that I've manually moved 1 second forward in Aegisub, made a number of other changes about the OP credits for some or all the episode

Added chapters from Lulu upload for season 1 part 2, made jap audio standard and removed eng audio, enforced the main subtitle containing the OP ED credits and dialogue translation, and removed old obsolete subtitle from all episodes

( In essence, for both the seasons, the subtitles i’ve used are a variation of MTBB subs with manually inserted OP / ED credits ( for some of the Cleo episodes ) found on another upload, I apologize but I cannot recall which one )

Added episode 7.5 OVA " Eris the goblin slayer "  to season 1 part 2

I’ve also tested the image clarity all the existing encodes currently available on Nyaa around 20 to 30 uploads, and this encode produces the clearest image in day time for this anime overall. ( you might be subjected to my own quality bias )
