Edit: Noticed the English Audio is not the best currently available, there is this [link](https://iamscum.wordpress.com/airing-tv-source-quality/) which shows which Audio is best available, usually Funi is best when it comes to ENG WEB Audio. https://animetosho.org/ does have attachments for all releases that are smaller than 16GB so if you want to extract signs from EMBER for example, you can just search for it and you will find what you want, there will be an all attachments download zip and everything needed will be there. Aegisubs is great for timing subtitles incase there are timing issues in the middle of the episodes or at a specific place, it is also great for creating or editing Dialogues+Signs, forwarding start or end time of a specific or multiple texts at once. If there isn't an upload that includes signs alone, you can use notepad++, open dialogue and ctrl+f ( go to mark, bookmark line for dialogues and create a shortcut key to delete all dialogues except signs ) If there are timing issues in English Audio in at a specific time, you can use mkvtoolnix-> output -> split mode then you can choose "after specific timestamp" or "before chapters", after extracting specific timestamp you can mux the audio using append files in input tab and delay the audio required ( this works with AAC but doesn't with FLAC ) Of course you might know everything commented, if not, it could be useful for later.
