I don't normally care about filesize, but 3.4gb an episode for a 540p upscale does seem impressively excessive. It might be worth clarifying in the description whether this release utilises the EN 5.1 upmix from the Funimation BD, or the EN 2.0 track from the Aniplex US release though.

Nice, don't listen to anyone complaining about file size, it's clear that you're prioritizing quality. Funny enough, another high quality FMA:B release came out a few days before this: https://nyaa.si/view/1533244 I really like their descriptions of audio and subtitle tracks that I think you could add here.

A&C is definitely a better encoder. DarkDream's encodes are full of artifacts for the sake of detail.
