a line confused me... Takumi's dad told him "this is not something that should not be used on a whim" idk if my english is failing me or what, but sounds really weird was what he wanted to say basically "use it on a whim"?

@Inokori, that was just a mistake on my part, I left in an extra "not". Should read: “this is not something that should be used on a whim” Will fix in the next v2 batch!
